How do you copy and paste on a tablet? I know how to do it for links, but how do you do it for blocks of text? When I'm reading a document, if I drag my finger around on the screen, it highlights text, but it doesn't seem to work on the web. Help?

What programs do people most use to make animated gifs? I got this one screencapping program called Autoscreen which works pretty well, but it won't take frame by frame caps like I set it to.
